Kite Surfing in entrance of Super Yacht | Negative Concept

INSTAGRAM Yachting Quick Films and DM’s in this article:

I am a huge h2o sports activities supporter and a person who absolutely understands the enjoyment behind kite browsing. Very little was stopping this person from just transforming direction ahead of crossing our bow about 50 meters from us. Kitesurfing proper in entrance of a tremendous yacht is a seriously terrible idea.
Other than that… this was a short episode and you are going to be getting a new video clip from me shortly.

Substantially Adore
Jared

  3. Hey Jared great vlogs, i have a question for you,. As you travel to many different countries what happens every time you dock, reference immigration, obviously when flying you have to go through immigration at airports and you made need visa, what happens with a boat and the crew and guests, as there can be many nationalities on board who might all have different immigration status, for instance im British so throughout the EU i would not need any kind of visa, but if we docked in Cape town i might need a visa, how do this all work. Would be interesting to hear you explain it..

  7. Really starting to get into vids now Jared. Each one is a little better than before. I think you can skip the intro. I’d rather see 15 more seconds of content than the same walking down the stairs thing.

  9. You seem to like the safe road. Live a little bro. As to the kiteboarder, they where more than safe and as long as their kite wasn't in the water they had plenty of power to move out of the way.

  10. You've mentioned using heading hold (like at 3:38) versus a GPS based nav track mode on the autopilot. Why is heading hold preferred?

  19. I think it would be great to see some clips of people looking to get into being on a crew. As well as maybe a tour of a boat looking to hire a crew. As for the kite surfer, Maybe he is wind powered and technically had the right of way, But as a big ass vessel yacht or not can not stop or turn on a dime it would have been faster and safer for the kite to just steer clear of the big ass ship heading in his direction. Obviously one would not kite board in front of a cargo ship and in the shipping lanes bigger boats have the right of way.

  28. Actually, I thought it was a good video, Jared.

Power gives way to sail? Yes! But not if its suicidal in nature – I think that was your point, and well made with that kitesurfer.

NB: where were you moored at the start of the video? Looks absolutely gorgeous – Thanks!

  30. Jared, it's open recreational waters so they can kite surf as they please, if they do so intend on surfing in font of powered vessels going ahead coming in and out of a channel then yes its rather stupid unless told otherwise then yes they shouldnt be in those waters and be prohibited.
